Shipping Policy

We ship Australia-wide.

Order processing
Orders are packed within 1-2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed the next business day. You'll get a confirmation email with tracking as soon as your parcel leaves us.

Delivery times
Metro areas: 2-6 business days after dispatch.
Regional and remote areas: 5-12 business days after dispatch.
These are estimates from our carriers, not guarantees. Peak periods and weather can add time.

Shipping costs
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your address and the size and weight of your order. You'll see the exact cost before you pay.

Bulky items
Larger items such as outdoor furniture sets may ship separately and take longer to arrive. If your order contains several items, they may arrive in more than one delivery at no extra cost to you.

Incorrect addresses
Please double-check your delivery address at checkout. If a parcel is returned to us because the address was wrong or undeliverable, we can resend it once you cover the return and reshipping costs.

Lost or damaged parcels
If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated window, or turns up damaged, email us at hello@skylarkoutdoors.com.au with your order number and we'll chase it with the carrier and sort it out.
